RIVERO does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacement of products is permitted in accordance with this policy. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, images, and other details before placing an order.
Replacement is applicable only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Replacement may also be considered for size-related issues, provided the product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
All replacement requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any condition.
To request a replacement, the customer must contact RIVERO customer support using the registered email address or mobile number and provide the order ID along with clear images or videos of the product showing the issue. RIVERO reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the request before approving a replacement.
Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all original tags, labels, and invoices. If the returned product is found to be used, altered, damaged, or missing components, the replacement request may be rejected.
Once a replacement request is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched. Delivery timelines for replacement products may vary depending on product availability and the customer’s location.
Certain products, including but not limited to items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discounted offers, may not be eligible for replacement. Such exclusions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
RIVERO reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return & Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable to an order shall be the version available on the website at the time the order was placed.
